The Mayor, Board of Trustees and City Manager have adopted Ordinance N0. 2022-001 on January 19th, 2022. Authorizing the City of Anthony (“Grantee”) to enter into a grant agreement with the New Mexico Environment Department (“NMED”) for the purpose of obtaining Project Grant Funds in the amount of $323,520.00 Designating the use of the funds for the purpose defined in the most current project description form as approved by NMED; Declaring the necessity for the Grant; prescribing other details concerning EPA Grant Agreement OSG 001 for South Anthony Arroyo Project.
