Access to public records is one of the fundamental rights afforded to people in a democracy. Any person can request to inspect public records by filling out a public record request form and submitting it to the City Clerk. Public Record Request Form is found at the City Hall or you can click image below to download or print form. You can submit your request in person, by mail or email to email@example.com.
Written request should have name, address and telephone number of the person seeking access to the records. The cost of making copies is $1.00 per page up to 11”x17”, other fees will be charged if you need USB or CD copies.
